Assistance and returns procedure

HOW CAN WE HELP?

For assistance, damage assessment, replacement of damaged finishes, thread changes, or any
other issues related to your cylinder, please follow these steps:

  • Complete the RMA form below.
  • The Quality Department will review your request and send you an email confirming
    acceptance, along with approval for shipment.
  • Once we receive the goods, the Quality Department will test the cylinders, prepare a test
    report, and propose a solution to the identified issue.

ATTENTION: Please follow the procedure carefully and do not ship the cylinders without CTS
authorisation to avoid delays or lost shipments. Failure to follow this process will result in a non-
standard handling fee.
CTS reserves the right to reject any cylinders sent without an approved service ticket.
